Restaurant
Consisting of four rooms of which: a private room, a loggia, an internal room and a large room for groups. The kitchen is focussed on the most excellent raw materials of the Tuscany region and our territory, and where You can taste our organic monocultivar oils.
Lounge Bar
Born to give a continuous service of bar, cafeteria, cocktails. A room where you can have a light lunch or have an excellent drink with a great choice of local gins.
Business Room
Room where it is possible for people during the day to stay with the computer and work in peace.
SPA
Inside a historic building a Finnish sauna was built, an emotional shower of light and scents and an herbal tea
Rooms
15 rooms for a total of 40 beds. Located in two historic structures 30 m apart, the rooms have been renovated with an ancient taste but with all modern comforts.
Swimming pools
2 outdoor pools, one of which has 7 jacuzzi seats (pools are open from May to September)
Salone
For events for about 140 people (this new lounge surrounded by greenery is suitable for any type of Wedding / event / party or company meeting exhibition or place where to hold poetry music art courses etc.)
Cigar Room
An ancient room where tobacco was dried has become a sensory tasting room for chocolate and grappa cigar or where just sitting. It becomes a unique emotion and a kind of Tobacco museum.
Olfactory Room
Adjacent to the cigar Room is a room where you can savour all the essences present in the Podere
Outside
The outdoor spaces are well-kept and equipped with gazebos in each square in front of the buildings that can be used in the summer periods.
Sensory Path
The external sensory path is a walkway that can be made barefoot for the reactivation of the sensory points of the feet.
Our structure aims to be able to build a customised service according to the customer's needs.
