With this in mind, La Cucina del Podere restaurant was created in the main building known as "Stanghetta," in what were once the calf stables. Each room in the Loggiato has its own identity.

Sunday at the Podere is a Sunday lunch inspired by the traditional farmhouse lunch of old, featuring authentic flavors, traditions, and conviviality. The unique feature of this experience is that, in addition to enjoying lunch, guests can fully experience the farm and all its services.
When summer arrives, there's no better time than an aperitif, especially if carefully prepared, in a location with a breathtaking view, under the stars, surrounded by nature.
"La Solatia" represents a time when farmers rest from their hard work in the fields, enjoying a snack in the warm sun to warm up and avoid illness. On spring and autumn evenings, we offer our guests the opportunity to experience this ancient tradition, immersing themselves in the panoramic olive grove and enjoying a snack carefully prepared by us.
What was once an ancient acorn storage basin, where farmers would soak the nuts to use as animal feed during the winter, is now our first swimming pool, aptly named "La Ghiandaia." La Letamaia, on the other hand, is a splendid panoramic pool of approximately 50 square meters, equipped with whirlpools, waterfalls, and a small beach. Here, Corten iron gazebos offer the opportunity to enjoy aperitifs or reading, immersed in the relaxation of Tuscany.
Our spa, located in the Ramatone farmhouse: a haven of well-being. An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery, where you can immerse yourself in an intimate and regenerating atmosphere. The Wellness Area at Podere Tovari is the ideal place to rediscover harmony and balance.
Next to the beach, a sensory awakening trail has been created, to be walked barefoot to rehabilitate the sensory points of the foot. This in turn leads to an olfactory trail, among the scents of medicinal and aromatic herbs.
In this room, guests can relive stories of the past while tasting a fine selection of our cigars. This room, once used for drying tobacco, has become a sensory room for tasting cigars, chocolate, and grappa, or simply sitting and experiencing unique emotions.
Here is the most beautiful and important experience our estate can offer: the tasting of our organic extra virgin olive oil, a unique sensory journey. Here, you will have the opportunity to taste our single-variety oils as well as our signature blend, discovering the aromas, fragrances, and characteristics that make each oil truly special.
The extra virgin olive oil produced as it once was at the Podere is the result of the recovery of centuries-old olive trees, thanks to which our product becomes an explosion of flavor reminiscent of tradition.
